Share a full day in Athens with fellow passengers from your ship: a small group of 8 to 19 guests, about 8.5 hours, at 90€ per person. Get a group together on board and we organise the rest.

We meet you at Piraeus and drive to the Acropolis, where a licensed guide shows you the Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion with its Caryatids and the Parthenon, with views down to the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, the Theatre of Dionysus and the Areopagus.

Then see the Temple of Olympian Zeus and the Panathenaic Stadium, home of the first modern Olympic Games in 1896, the changing of the guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier on Syntagma Square, and the Academy, the University and the National Library. Drive up Lycabettus Hill for the view over the city, and finish with free time in Plaka, Hermou Street and the flea market for food, drinks and shopping.

We bring you back to your ship at Piraeus in good time.

Visitors under 18 enter free all year. The Acropolis Museum sets its own free days. Free days can change, so please check before your visit.
Reduced admission for:
*Greek citizens and citizens of other Member – States of the European Union aged over 65 years old by showing their ID card or passport.
*Students of Higher Education Institutes and equivalent Schools from countries outside the EU by showing their student ID
*The accompanying parents on educational visits of elementary schools.

• Drivers/Guides will wait maximum 15 minutes after the indicated pick up time, kindly be on time, otherwise you will be considered a “No-Show” and charged accordingly.
• Rates include: English speaking professional licensed tour guide, all local taxes, fuel, and tolls.
• Not included: Drinks, Entrance fees, meals, accommodation and/or gratuities (10%-15% of service cost)
• Your tour guide will take care all of the entrance fees to the sites and museum. You will pay him/her (in cash) on the spot.
• After you complete your booking process you will receive an Email with all required information. Please print it and have it with you during the tour. When the group reaches the minimum number of 8 guests you will receive an Email notification confirming that the tour will be done. Please note that if there is not enough participation minimum 8 guests then you will be notified 15 days before the tour and the tour will be canceled or replaced if you want with one of our private tours! If for a reason you will not be notified then it means that the tour will take place as planned.
• All offered services are subject to weather conditions, traffic regulations and generally all potential events beyond the control of the service supplier, such as strikes, manifestations, flood, etc. Should such an event occur, which might prevent the performance of the required service, partially or in full, the service provider shall apply all reasonable effort for its fulfillment. Nonetheless, should said applied efforts fail, the service provider shall not be responsible for non-performance.

The Full Day Athens Tour encompasses a comprehensive exploration of notable sites, including The Acropolis with its iconic structures like the Parthenon, Erechtheion, Propylaea, Temple of Athena Nike, Caryatides, Herodeon Theater, the ruins of the Theater of Dionysus, and Areopagus (Mars Hill). Additionally, the itinerary covers The Temple of Olympian Zeus, the largest ancient temple in Greece in the Corinthian order, and The Panathenaic Stadium (Kallimarmaro), the original stadium built in 1863 for the first modern Olympic games in 1896, for a brief photo stop.

Other highlights include The Old Palace, The Tomb of The Unknown Soldier, and The Changing of The Guards, as well as visits to The Catholic Cathedral, The Neoclassical Trilogy (Academy, National Library, First University of Athens), and The Plaka—Athens’ oldest and most picturesque neighborhood, known for its stone-paved narrow streets, numerous gyros places, tavernas, and souvenir shops, providing an opportunity for lunch and leisure time.
