Payment/Deposit
We require a small deposit from our customers, in order to secure their reservation. This deposit is paid via PayPal or Alpha Bank, which means we never request or keep any credit card or other financial details of our customers, unlike other similar websites who seemingly don’t ask for a deposit, however, force you to provide all your credit card details directly, so they can charge you at will.

Cancellation Policy
For Cancellation more than 48 hours before the tour/transfer, the deposit is refundable. For Late Cancellation/ Non-Show, the deposit is non-refundable. Should you, however, fail to make your appointment, for reasons beyond your control, related to the operation of your airline or cruise ship, such as strikes, prevailing weather conditions, mechanical failures, etc., you will still be refunded 100% of the paid amount.

Licensed Guides Extra Seat
Please note that, if you will be choosing the services of a licensed guide for FULL TIME, you will require an ADDITIONAL seat in your vehicle, since your guide will be riding with you. For example, should there be 3 persons in your party, you must select 4 persons on the menu

Important
-We use modern Mercedes C/E-Class, Minivan, Minibus or higher class vehicles, legal and licensed by the Greek National Tourism Organization, Smoke-FREE, fully air-conditioned.
– Rates include all tolls, parking fees, fuel and baggage charges.
– Not included: Drinks, meals, Entrance fees, accommodation, licensed guides (optional) and/or gratuities.
– All prices are quoted per car / not per person.
– For all services between 23:30 – 06:30 there shall be a night surcharge of 20%.
– Drivers will wait maximum 60 minutes after the indicated pick up time, kindly be on time, otherwise, you will be considered a “Non-Show” and charged accordingly.
